Prime Video Unveils The Terminal List Season 2, Featuring Australia’s Luke Hemsworth
Prime Video’s The Terminal List is returning for Season 2 on 21 October, with Australian actor Luke Hemsworth among the returning cast of the global action thriller.
The eight-episode season brings Chris Pratt back as Navy SEAL Commander James Reece, alongside Hemsworth, Constance Wu, Tom Hopper and Dar Salim.
Hemsworth reprises his role as Jules Landry, having previously appeared in Prime Video’s The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. Australian audiences may also recognise him from Prime Video Australian Original Deadloch Season 2, where he joined the cast as Jason Wade.
A new mission for James Reece
Based on True Believer, the second novel in Jack Carr’s bestselling series, Season 2 expands the story from the psychological revenge thriller of its first season into a globe-spanning espionage story.
After completing his original mission, Reece finds himself drawn into a new conspiracy with connections stretching from Moscow to Langley and into his own family history.
The story takes Reece across the Indian Ocean, Africa, the Middle East and Europe as he searches for answers and a new sense of purpose.
Hemsworth joins returning cast members Pratt, Wu, Hopper and Salim, while new additions include Gabriel Luna, Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Arnold Vosloo, Martin Sensmeier and Shiraz Tzarfati.
The new season continues a franchise that has built a significant international following. According to Prime Video, The Terminal List franchise has attracted more than 100 million viewers worldwide.
For Hemsworth, the series adds another international production to a career spanning Australian and global projects, following his recent appearance in the Northern Territory-set second season of Deadloch.
All eight episodes of The Terminal List Season 2 will premiere on Prime Video on 21 October in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
